Evergreen has collected FOG, including used cooking oil, from restaurants for 40 years. Over the years we have learned what it takes to service our customers and maintain high standards of quality. All of our trucks are equipped with meters to track how much used cooking oil is collected each stop. Our trucks also have built-in hot water pressure washers to maintain a clean service area.
