Phishing is an industry problem we must all do our part to prevent. Evergreen will never ask you to change our banking information through email. Please adopt the following policies at your organization:

1. Never accept a bank change notification over email
2. Make sure you talk to someone you know at the company. We all know someone’s voice at each other’s companies and confirming it on the phone will help prevent damage from phishing emails.
3. Adopt a policy where you, yourself will never change an bank account without verbal confirmation.
